Louisville has problems, but none we can't solve. To work towards a future free of our most pressing issues, The Louie Plan has been developed.  This future is not a far future, but a future just up ahead. A future where Louisville evolves to benefit all, undertaking this comprehensive plan. Based off mobility infrastructure such as multi-use pathes and rail transit lines, The Louie Plan starts with the foundational infrastructure and systems that we interact with in our day to day lives. The Louie Plan encompasses the entirety of Jefferson County and provides recommendations for our surrounding counties of Oldham, Shelby, Henry, Bullitt, Harrison, Floyd, and Clark. This plan, in contrast to historical willy nilly development, follows the patterns of sustainable development, focusing our resources first on our prize possession as a community, the center city, second our other centers, then the betterment of our individual neighborhoods, connected by metro-like train lines, freeways, and local roads.

TLP, giving Louisville a little TLC.
