Bay Louisville

Centered around an artificial bay created for both enjoyment and portage purposes, Bay Louisville is a reserve area in the southwest of louisville, along the river. It would provide easy access to outdoor amenities, for residents housed in mixed-use medium and high rise buildings stair stepped, and sunk into hillsides, to not encroach on a few existing nearby residents. It would also be adjacent to a major train and bus station, with quick access to downtown Louisville and all parts of the city.
