narrow lane withes of designated ammounts usually four or 6
automated pedestrian crossings
sidewalks remainder, at least 4', no median in urban areas.
on streets with no auto te gast sign (most):
onstreet parking
two way narrow lane width lanes
remainder of row sidewalks and or seperated cycleway if fits into plan.

one surface wall to wall
no signaled crossings
on pedestrian streets:
street surface is to come to 2 in under level with a ramp up to as many entranceways as possible, be kept clean to the point where you would feel comfortable walking barefoot on it. drainage is accomplished by very slight tapers, puddling during heavy rain is acceptable.
